Douglas is devoted to helping his patients play a primary role in their own healing process by offering his knowledge and experience along with mindful movement modifiers and remedial exercises as tools for his patients to utilize outside of the treatment room. Through 14 years of soccer, 4 years of hockey, years of snowboarding, surfing, mountain biking, skateboarding and hiking, having lead to 9 concussions, whiplash and a fair share of strains, sprains and broken bones. This provides Douglas with plenty of personal experience in acute and chronic pain rehabilitation. Douglas has a keen interest in working with patients with many conditions including, but not limited to, migraines, headaches, concussions, sprains, strains, plantar fasciitis, tendonosis, acute and chronic pain, thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS) and musculoskeletal injuries/dysfunctions.
