Kinetics is a unique exercise and movement program that integrates key components such as therapeutic exercise, human kinetics, yoga and Pilates, fitness and wellness. The Kinetic therapeutic exercise program is taught in a systematic and progressive format incorporating specific postural cues, breathing patterns and movement characteristics relative to four regions of the human body.

• Pelvis and Legs
The Kinetics Program is developed on an individual basis relative to the participant’s health history, goals, exercise environment & time elements.
