Lindsay Daniels, Registered Massage Therapist“The massage therapy techniques I have developed over the years focus on healing. My most effective treatment intensity typically falls within a comfortable & manageable range – minor to no pain, allowing for relaxation and deep breathing, while still applying the needed pressure and bodily manipulating to ensure strong positive results. So, one could say I’m a ‘happy medium’ kind of Practitioner. Overall, my goal is to increase Autonomic Flexibility especially with the Craniosacral, which helps people better able to handle stress and their nervous system to return to baseline faster.”
