Megan Keylock, Yoga Instructor
Megan began practicing yoga after injuries from soccer, dance, and a work accident left her immobile and disheartened.
With her mobility regained, yoga became like a home for her. It was far more than a workout, it was a way of life, and a set of tools that enabled her to self-heal, and to be her best, most authentic self.
Five years later, in 2009, after delving into a personal interest in nutrition, she decided to take her yoga teacher training at MokSana yoga, in Victoria, BC.
After having two children, she reconnected with her love of fitness, and became a Certified Personal Trainer and a Pre and Post Natal Fitness Specialist through BCRPA. In addition to personal training, she is currently studying Therapeutic Yoga at Ajna Yoga Victoria in their 1000 hour Registered Yoga Therapy program to be able to help others on their path to health and wellness.and Yoga Training.
