As a Physiotherapist and Athletic Therapist, Justine uses a combination of manual therapy, rehabilitative exercise and core stabilization, specializing in personalized exercise programs to return you back to your active and pain-free life.

Her holistic approach aims to target the root cause of your pain and discomfort in order to prevent future related injury and pain.

Justine believes that everyone responds differently to treatment because every injury and dysfunction are unique. She is passionate about providing a tailored approach to treatment, where her patients experiences, abilities, and goals are central.

She has found that best outcomes come from a team approach to rehabilitation, and she takes the time to educate and empower her patients to make lasting effects in their recovery.
Justine’s lifelong passion for healthy living and fitness coupled with her fascination of human biomechanics lead her to a career in Athletic Therapy and she has been helping patients achieve their goals since 2015. She continues to augment her Athletic Therapy practice through educational coursework and training. Most recently, she completed her Masters of Physiotherapy Practice in Melbourne, Australia, and is presently practicing as an Interim Physiotherapist in Canada. She enjoys working with a variety of people and ages. Neck and low back pain, shoulder injuries, hip and knee osteoarthritis, ankle sprains/instability, patellofemoral pain and tendinopathies are among Justine’s favorite areas of practice, but she is skilled to work with all types of presentations.

In her spare time Justine enjoys running or hiking with her dog, lifting weights, taking a dance class or spending time with her friends and family outdoors.

Justine is currently away from her practice on Maternity leave. We anticipate her return in Summer 2024.
